Start the Day Right. The first 15 minutes
are the most important for setting the tone
of the day.
Be careful what you think. No stinkin’
thinkin’ allowed. Remember, regardless
of how tough it is right now it probably isn’t
really the worst day of your life.
Give yourself a time-out, maybe a two minute
moment, from whatever is getting to you.
Value who you are – not just what you
do.

Eat right
Sleep enough
Exercise your mind, body and spirit every
day
Reduce alcohol and caffeine intake
Plan your work and work your plan. List all
the things you do, select the most important
and leave the rest for later
Come from love and kindness.
Become self-caring, not selfish. This often
means saying "no" to someone else
or something else, which is a "yes"
to you.
Spend time with people you care about and
who care about you.
