There are numerous references to assessments throughout
the articles within the website. This page lists
the variety of reports that are used individually
and in combination in order to arrive at a Total
Person or a Total Job Analysis. I’ve used
a variety of assessments throughout my career
and I have access to many but I use those developed
by Target Training International because they
are comprehensive and rigorously researched.
I use assessments extensively because:

evaluation of a position which is the first step
in an effective Selection Process.
